![]() ![]() Instead of saying from the get go that they didn't have free bags for whatever people purchased, she just said oh we have bags for $5. The cashier failed to mention that we had to buy a bag in order to carry our purchase. Now, there was a negative experience with buying, or at least the attempt to buy gifts, in which we ended up returning the items. ![]() We didn't do the Tilt ride, but I don't think I missed much. ![]() We got lucky that it wasn't so busy, even though we got there around 10:30 am. Overall it was a great experience, and the views were amazing. I did that and I GOT NOTHING! NO RESPONSE! NO PICTURES!!!!! NOTHING.THIS WAS A RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK I GOT NO PICTURES. Instead they will send you directions on how to upload your receipt and any other documentation to retrieve your pics. There is no customer service to talk to about your pics. I followed the direction on the receipt and they said they couldn't find the photos.I even had the sample photo that I screen shot. The clerk said they would be available for download within 24 hours. So I spent $50+ and ordered copies of the pic. I saw our pics and they were pretty cute. When it was over and you leave and you have to walk through the gift shop to get out. We went and they took pictures of us tilting. The day were to visit there was a snow storm and visibility was zero. My cousin purchased tickets ahead of time. Quite a well known wheeze if you want to experience the views but avoid the queues & not pay entry, is to whizz straight up the dedicated elevator to the Signature Lounge, where you can admire the vistas for the price of a syrupy cocktail, or touristy meal! As with these kind of attractions, it’s a factory line, with the usual overpriced cheesy photos & tat shop. l did, & it was petrifying, but blessedly short. I figured after the syrupy cocktail I might psyche myself up to do‘Tilt’, the touristy add on which involves being tipped at an angle via a moveable glass & steel platform, over the side of the building, enabling sick bucket inducing, downward facing views of the city streets 1000ft below. I opted for the View & Sip ticket, which encompassed entry & a syrupy cocktail in the naff Cloudbar. Goes without saying, the views are incredible. It was a clear but quiet day, so a seamless, no queue experience for me. It’s one of those Chicago tick box attractions I guess, & I did enjoy my visit. ![]()
